260z lq9 9psi vs viper boltons + 200shot

I dont see the point of attacking someone who is making a valid point. Talk to some people who are making 700+ hp and tq. See what they say, because getting traction has tons of different methods beyond good suspension and tires.

lol true. on more boost im sure it flies. theres some ppl on that site which should be down to run for some $$. if you dig i have a friend looking for runs with his awd eclipse.

I'm the first one to tell you my junk is slow, but I know what a fast car is
unlike some people here...and I also know that it can be difficult to get
a car with big power to hook. Anyone can make a 12.80 car hook. That
takes zero skill and zero experience. Don't get pissed at me when I state
the truth.

I think his comments have to do with the fact that everytime someone talks about hooking on the street they have nothing more than a bolton car for the most part. I dont bash cars that pull harder at 120 than mine does at 60. I dont drive drag radials on the street either. Get caught in the rain once and you will see why. Street tires only on my street cars thanks.
OP, your car runs damn good for its second time on the street.

I'm not mad at all. It's just dumb to put people down because they don't have a big budget to make their car, KB cobra fast. And sick cobra btw, 630 rwhp probally moves the he'll out. Wish I would of bought a 03-04 cobra or a gt500.

Nice to see the 100mph courtesy rule being followed from such a high roll.
I myself have nothing against roll racing, shows which car has more power and its still fun as hell.
"blasting from 80-180mph in your daily driver? pshh not impressive if you cant dead hook from a dig!" /sarcasm

i remember a while on here a video of a 1000whp vette or something was racing streetfighter and someone said something along the lines of " pretty much a waste of a car doing roll racing"
if you can dead hook a basically street car with 1000whp on a street you need to be driving for a living.

i find it near impossible to hook on the street, i have beat my wheel wells in and squeezed 315 DR's in there, with almost every suspension component available and still cant launch at much more than an idle, and then when my car gets into the meat of its power it breaks loose again. im not bragging here im just trying to illustrate that any car making decent power will have lots of trouble hooking on the street. the track is a different story, there you see cars hooking so well they lift the wheels. maybe all of us with over 500whp should carry around some VHT to spray on the street so we can dig race.

...and I think it's dumb to make armchair quarterback comments like the one below when you have a car that is just barely faster than a stock LS1 fbody. This isn't about my car. My pile is slow as I previously stated. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.
I appreciate the kind words, but again...it feels really slow to me and quite frankly I'm bored with it. It needs another 300-400hp.
