nice runs, i want to try my luck with a DSM friend of mine. he has a AWD eclipse with a hx40 and all the other usual mods running E85 and meth, kinda like the evo in the vids. i doubt we ever run on the street, we will be time-slip racing.

I don't even antilag my 30R on the street, it just spins all 4, and that's with 100whp less than the EVO. For me, 2 step is quicker without drag rubber.

Antilag on a 35R is fine with full slicks on a prepped surface, but on a street tire it's probably just a smokeshow. That car should make 600whp on 32psi/E85 if it's setup properly, which isn't going to hook on street tires from a dig with antilag.

92TSi is right, the evo is def not using antilag, but it's probably faster without it. I know on street tires, my car is faster just coming off the 2-step because it hooks a lot better.
Antilag is just used for racing from a dig, to spool the turbo to full boost before you leave the line. On a 600whp street tire car, it's pointless because unless there's some boost by gear magic, as soon as you let the clutch out you're going to roast the tires.
As far as wheel spin from a slow roll with AWD, yeah it happens. I usually spin all 4 from a slow roll, like 15mph. I can't tell if that's what happened to the Evo in the 15 roll, or if he just botched the shift, but i tend to think it lost traction. I know i would in that situation.

Wow people can't read. The car put down 470hp on pump and 20 psi. Now it has E85 and around 35lbs boost. So how much power will it gain by adding 15lbs boost and able to run more timing? 600whp is not out of reach I think. Also, as for the spinning with the Evo. That is a negative, maybe off the start a bit it spun, then just moved out from there on out. On the roll, the evo just got walked fair and square.
