I take this back. Just came back from the track (no times, my posi went out/broke). There was a lady in a new auto 5.0 that was CAI/Tune/ET Streets and running consistent 12.3's @ 114mph?. There was 4 supercharged, drag radial, gutted interior pre-2011 GT's there and they were all sweating bullets that a near stock 5.0 would walk them. She beat 2 of the 4. Ouch. The fastest S/C stang only bested her times with a 11.6 @ 119mph: his car had "650hp" badges on it, gutted, ET Streets, built rear with 4.11 gears, weighing a claimed 3340 w/driver. Needless to say he was very relieved when she didnt hit the 11's. Though two weeks earlier she also did a 12.35 with a DA of 800', she couldnt go faster today.

yea because every single 5.0 traps 114mph stock or tuned

So just because its tuned it automatically means it runs 114+ mph traps? Ill take my nice 12 second car over your 11 second rattle box any day of the week...continue on

Whats impressive is that ford finally made a normal mustang not svt that could be competitive with other cars in its class. Whats retarded is they did it 12 years after the ls1 was made.
