Default LS1 SS Goes down

Didn't get but one semi-decent run, but from 3 honks and giving the LS1 car the hit, pulled him pretty effortlessly from 40-110. It was a silver Z28 with the ground effects, and some kind of true duals dumped at the axle. Had wide (probably 17x11 an 315 tires) wheels, looked like they were black/silver. Maybe he's here on tech somewhere and can tell something more about his car?

Cliffs: Dealer Tag (lol) 2011 SS puts a few cars on 98-02 Z28 with MI plates from 40-110

Here in washington.

Edit: Title says SS but the car was a Z28. Typo

Not to be a complete *** but a partial one but it seems you spent a lot of time looking at his rear to see he had TD's dumped just before the axles. I also would not refernce your car as a 5th gen either as it is not an Fbody, it is a 1st gen Zbody Camaro.

2 main things I noticed...

1) It was a Z28.. And we all know that no matter what.. They'll always be inferior to an SS.
2) Its silver. Go out and race a red one and report back.

He passed me when I was sitting at a red light. True duals stick out to me, I'm used to 'fast' cars. I also didn't reference my car as an 'F-Body' or '5th Gen' but I know LS1 boys get all in a tizzy when one of their own kind loses to a 4000 pound boat so I'll let it slide

You a auto or manual? Because we all know that a auto SS can't beat anything.

It's a 5th generation Camaro.

LOL this is funny!

dude with a 470rwhp, 4000lb car thinks his car is a rocket!

I guess you need to run into one of us 600rwhp, 3300lb ls1's before you learn your lesson!

BTW, month ago I yanked a full bolt on 2010 SS BAD.....on motor (400rwhp). Dude was PISSED and sadly, he started it.

Junior I've been on tech longer then you by two+ years, six years before the 4000 pound cars even existed.

"YOU NEED TO RUN A REAL LS1 YOU'D GET SPANKED LOLOL"

Okay, want to run my bracket car? It's even a slow LT1.

THIS day, LS1 lost. Take your glass of shut the ***** up and kindly exit

Good kill dude, nice cam thread and beautiful car too-

Stick around, these guys will warm up. We're still getting used to strong 10SS's, there are very few in general roaming around.

judging by the "11 second club" under your name, I hope its not this all mighty LT1 that your bringing to the table because you would need more then a 11 second slip....

We all know that a 5th gen ss will always lose to bolt on fbodies. It also can never beat a new 5.0.
