So I'm cruising down the highway with a friend behind me on his bike..we are goin to meet up with a bunch of people so we are haulin a little bit of ***..doin about 80ish..
I came up on a black LT1 Z28 and give him a little friendly rev as I pass him up. He guns it to pass me and as soon as he gets close next to me I drop it in 4th and hammer it. I start to run away from him and look in the passengers side mirror to see how far back he was. My friend was behind him when I took off and when I looked all I saw was a cloud of smoke coming out from under that car..
I just hammered it, grabbed 5th at 125 and left both him and my buddy on his bike..lol..

When we got to where we were goin I got out and my friends bike had Antifreeze and Oil all over it..he said that when the guy got in it hard it blew all kinds of **** out the back..

Dont kno if he killed that LT1, but there was definately alot of smoke and all kinds of **** on the bike..

 

He should have spent the money on LS1 instead of an LT1.

im not going to lie it was a fortune to build my lt1 but it feels good when people see whats there and are shocked its an lt1 396 s91mm

Haha, who remembers when it was all LT1 vs TPI threads, obviously not this forum but it's always in with the new and out with the old. The fact is, people can build just about any motor to make plenty of power and put it in a car that will destroy yours on the street. It's like gear-head racism, it's ignorant and pointless.

I would have been concerned that your friend didn't lay his bike down... Considering there was oil and antifreeze everywhere?

 

He was moving around the back of the car to get a good view of how fast I was going to pull him when the motor blew.
