Thanx. It runs pretty good considering the weight, size cam, and mods or lack there of. We should hook up for fun one night. Think it would be a good *** race between two cam only cars.

If the gt5 is on boost only than it is no where near 700rwhp. Unless he sprayed he's around 600 max if it's a ported eaton. And that is being super generous with numbers. Your car moves and you won, but you didn't race a 700hp car.

Thats exactly what i thought also. I talked to the owner of the Shelby and he said he was only running a stock blower, no other power adder. Doesnt mean he was being truthful though, after all it is street racing but the guy races for fun not for cash so i dont see a reason why he would lie.
I always thought that to get in the 700rwhp range with those cars one would have to upgrade to a twin screw. I found it very hard to believe when I heard the claim of 700rwhp was with the stock eaton.
Now im not saying that the car didnt make 700rwhp, just saying if it did the dyno was being very very generous.
Either way tho it was a great kill....
