actual kill

Left the house this morning and was followed by a primer gray 5.0 mustang. This thing sounded great, and looked like he wanted to show off for his lady. He pulled up next to me at a light, gave me a stare down, revved, and shouted "on green". I nodded. The light turned green, and off we went. I took him off the line but he started to inch back, got about even with me, and then started falling back. I had a good two car lengths or so. Felt nice. Redemption?

New or old 5.0? What do u drive? Did the car sound stock? Any details? Good kill...

sounds like a good race, nice kill. im guessing old 5.0 since it was primer gray

Old 5.0 cobra. Sounded like it had the complete exhaust set up done at the very least, and he had one of those giant gauges on his dash. Mine is a stock 99 Z.

Take alot more than a exhaust for a old 5.0 Cobra to even think about pulling even with you after losing off the light. Probably a heads/cam/intake/gears car.
