you mean the average for the whole 5.0 population? probably 13.3-13.5 @ 108.
for guys who are used to racing? 12.8-13.0 @ 112 would be a good average. you know times vary greatly. about the same as a 2010SS.
stock 5.0's seem to lose 90 percent of the time to bolt on ls1's. i never ran one stock.

It is very possible, A4 drivers don't need to shift and MOST new 5.0 drivers need seat time to get quick shifting down. 112 mph trap speeds should eclipse a non bolt on 5.0 anyways.

Oh jesus, this one will get good. Might have happened, but the OP made himself sound like a total douche in the OP so I could care less really. I'll just wait for all the ignorance to start and sit back and enjoy it all.

Everyone should have a GoPro strapped to their car at all times, well maybe like 4, just for the SR&K guys.

guess I gotta get specific for ya'll. 50-120 mph race. After he calmed down and got next to me finally. i look over at this tool, and he nodded his head so i hit it and he did too. .. same time. His car was a m5 or m6 whatever it has, standard tranny. he was already in low gear due to jumpin it to initiate the race. He kinda jumped a lil at first cause he has a manuel and i got an auto... so he can pop the clutch and i have to wait ten minutes for my tranny to down shift. then i jus steadily started pullin past him and Walked him faster and faster as the MPH's go up. The best part was that he had his window down and was actin like a bad *** before the race... then after he finally got up next to me at the next light, his window was up and he wouldn't look over and then suddenly decided to turned right. I think I hurt his new car pride... woops ![Grin](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_grin.gif)

OP should have a slight advantage, but certainly shouldn't be sprinting away from a new 5.0. It is what it is though, nice kill.
I keep my GoPro in my car but most of the runs i get are randoms, so it's almost impossible to setup the gopro, turn it on, put it in the right mode, start recording, and end up with a decent vid, all while driving at night.
I need to figure out a mount/place that allows the camera to swivel so i can turn it on and record on either side quickly. Something with a quick way to swivel and lock it in place. I'm thinking a suction cup mount on the sunroof with the cam upside down, and then i can just flip the vid later...i'll figure something out for this, i want to start recording my randoms.
