Silverado vs Mustang and Camaro

Silverado vs Mustang and Camaro ok you may have read about this truck before, well i have been riding around with this guy and racing ppl this weekend for ***** and giggles and have a nice lil story that happened this afternoon.
well we were on 183 right where it almost turnes to highway from 3 lane road, we were goin 40 or so and this mustang cobra, like 98 id guess is next to us, dickin around and tryin to get by us.. and bieng the ******* this guy is lol he drives next to these 2 cars on the road goin slow as hell.. sothe mustang was pissed and when we got on the highway he punched it, well my friend punched it as well at about 50 and omg that thing pulls your *** back into your seat and we took off like that stang was sitting still, he stayed back till we got off lol we beat him by seriousl like 10 lengths it was embarrasing . so about an hour later we were sitting at a light on a frontage road and a z28 pulls up, they xchange revs and such, light turns the z got the jump cuz we lost traction, but about 20 or so the tires caught and sped past the z and shut it down at about 95 to 100, beat the z by a lenght and a half or so.. silverados can be bad mothers lol

the truck is a short bed reg cab 5.3 with ATI procharger runnin 12 lbs of boost, umm has maf , shift kit with tranny cooler, nice *** exhaust, headers and i know it has geras, not sure which tho and has 20's with some sticky tires and whole new brake system, and he said he had run low 12s on drags.. this thing has over 420 to the wheels, sick truck he is planning on all forged internals and lowering the compression and running something like 20lbs, he says should be well over 500 to the wheels when he does it all, i cant wait lol
with a mix like that and a tad larger bore and or crank, he will make close to 600 rwhp. that is similiar to the motor i am building this summer. we are going to crack some ***!!

yea he hasnt lost to anything from a roll yet, a corvette almost beat him but he pulled it out, his only problem on the street is traction, i say sandbags in the bed lol with all that hp, a lil weight wont matter haha.
but yea that is one bad *** silverado, i cant even imagine 600 rwhp on a truck, that would be absolutely iNsAnE!!! and he built it cheap, the whole car has cost him just under 20g's
