Funny observation. The guys with bolt on cars think saying it's built is acceptable. Lol

i cant belive you didnt pull harder but considering it was already at 55mph i guess it makes sense. you would have beat it stock also. esp from a high roll like that. even with his mods he maybe will break 100mph traps. im gonna guess he runs around 101mph in the 1/4?
fully Built generally means. forged internals/fortified bottom-end/engine replacement/ + the normal boltons
headers/intake/exhaust alone = minor boltons
the above + Cam/heads/stall/gears= full bolton.
you can pick or choose a bit but im sure most would agree.
