I think what he's trying to attempt to get at is... If my car went 60-110 in 6 seconds (50mph difference) then it would go 0-60 (60mph difference) in 7 seconds. In his mind cars accelerate at a linear pace. The fact that the car is in a higher gear and other factors are in play (wind resistance) has no bearing on acceleration.
I get how his clouded thought pattern could see this. As a retard, he could mistake these otherwise simple concepts in his mind. What I don't get is where he was going with it. I don't see the point he was attempting to make.
Oh well.

no reason to say those g8 run the same times. some g8's run mid 13's stock some have run high 13's from 102 mph to 106mph. id say from a dig the Regal would eat you alive. the 3.8 is a lowend monster.

110 trap. 13 second 1/4.
So the second half of your 1/4 from 60-110 (your trap) takes 6 seconds. So if your car does 13.0 1/4 mile then the remainder is 7 seconds.
So if you add 0-60 at 7 seconds and 60-110 in 6 seconds you get your 1/4 mile: 13.0@110.
Could that be what he's trying to say? I have NO idea what he's saying if that's not it. I don't know where 13.0@110 came from though.
Oh and I do not condone this way of thinking. It's highly flawed. But he's the ultimate speedo vid racer. I have no idea how he could have postulated this any other way.
