Before i even tell you the two different encounters i had on the freeway here in Hawaii in the last two weeks i just want to see what your predictions would be...
My 2002 M6 Firehawk Vert from a 40-50 roll second gear threw part of 4th gear...
Only mods are E-Cutout (open), short stick, free ram air mod, BBK 80mm Throttle body with stock SLP airlid.
I ran two different 2SS and i gotta tell you i have been dying to run one let alone two in my mostly stock Firehawk..
-First was an Inferno Orange M6 with an obvious ORX and catback..maybe even headers..
-Second was an Maroon 2SS M6 appeared to be stock same roll on.
Whats your guesses?

I should have mad this a voting thread..lol
I edged both of them out surprisingly. The ORX one was like by a half car if that..Sooo damn close. Awesome run.
The stockish one i had a full car lenth on and pulling..but he had a passenger also.. Both drivers seem super surprised.. and gave the thumbs up..
One slow shift though and i would have been doomed.
I can't wait to get my damn Long tubes, and Tony Mamo Cam/tune in !

I would have guessed that the modded would pull out the win, especially if it had headers. Good kills!
Don't listen to him, I say mod the **** out of it! ![Grin](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_grin.gif)

LOL....I guess I'm just one of those die hard hawk fans since I owned one for a while. IDK....I didn't mind putting the catback on mine but when I put the ported TB on I just felt kinda bad that I was ripping it apart. I considered modding it more and then sold it to an older gentleman that was going to keep it stock. Same thing with my shelby GT....I really need to stop buying cars I'm afraid to modify due to them possibly being rare someday!!! ![Bang Head](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_banghead.gif)
Not sure if they'll ever be worth money but if they are, then the more modded ones, the more the stock ones are worth lol.

Nice ride,ya I don't see to many cars beeing worth all that much down the road, maybe a select few but no new mustang,or anything like that, they will never be big buck cars like the 60s,and 70s, why you are one of the few on here that has a rare car,I still say mod it and have fun,or you can wait 90 years for it to be worth big bucks lol,

And hartattack your hawk is GORGEOUS! It makes me wish I still had mine....and that scenery is amazing as well. Don't ever get rid of that car, modded or not. Thats an order!
