Ran an SL550

Traveling back from the city yesterday and ended up behind a mercedes sl550 in traffic. He kept looking up in his mirror at me at the stop light, so I gave him the "what the **** are you looking at" hand gesture. The road we were on was 4 lanes wide, but there were people in other lane next to him.

When the light turned green he takes off, so I drop the hammer behind him, the lane next to him was open so I jumped in to it, it took until I was nearing the top of 3rd to get a fender on him, then had a car on him around 110. By then we had both let off as we were coming up on more traffic. After that he stayed away. I'm guessing he was trying to show off for the girl he had in the car, but its good to show big money doesnt mean its faster.

You sure it was a 550 and not a 500?
Mercedes only made 75 units of the 550.
It's basically the same thing as an SL500, but limited edition.
Ooooh... Aaaah...

Nice kill! Just make sure you don't run into big brother, aka SL55 or SL63 AMG. I got yanked by an SL63 AMG the other day

Really? I've seen at least two SL550s in my area. Not saying you are wrong, but that it's awesome that I saw them

I love SL500s, SL550s, SL55s, etc.

Awesome cars.

I would kill a small immigrant family to have an SL63 or SL63 AMG. Don't even get me started on the AMG Black.

im pretty sure thats what it was. I googled it and it looked the same. Im pretty sure its not the 650 cause I would have had no chance. From what I see the 550 is a mid 13 second car?

Mostly wrong.

Its not a limited edition. It Just has the newest standard v8 that benz makes. 5.5 liter instead of the 5 liter that the 500 had which they dont make anymore.
