God that benz forum reeks of caviar and chin-stroking

Thats why I love owning a quick american car, because it kills those nose-in-the-air ******** that think their MB/BMW/Audi/Porsche is God's sacred gift to automobiles seeing my sub 20k "pile" pull some lengths on them hard.

Good kill Ju1ce, as usual.

No doubt.. But imo and experience it Is a 50/50 of how a race could go, granted we are talking about within a 5mph trap.
It is all about the setup and where you start stop when comparing two similar cars.

I will outright say it as I have before, most know my reasons. Trap speed, with two cars that are at least in the same ball park and more so for modded cars of course which is backed by my reasons, has very little influence on the outcome in roll racing.

And you are out of your mind for thinking an SRT8 wont run with a M6 LS2 GTO. They run damn near the same times at the same MPH. And yes it is a drivers race go do some research

Ju1ce, I feel your pain. Being an LT1 owner, not many people take me seriously. Once I get my dyno tune Monday morning ill be shooting for 11's in good air. Nobody believes it except for the ones that see it. I know LT1s have gone faster, but in 3500 DA I think I do ok. I'm always the ONLY modded LT1 at Thompson Raceway Park. I have only seen 2 others there before and they were bone stock running about 14.2 14.3 in that same DA. Running exactly even with all 99-08 mustangs. Call BS if you want but thats what they run at this track.

Did I mention how geeked I am for this dyno tune? Raising the rpms for my CC306 will be amazing and seeing how my locally ported heads do will be sweet!

Anyone who takes any SRT8 lightly has never been "properly introduced" to one.

BS. Your shift intervals are insanely short.

Uh why? You think hitting 2nd and 3rd in either car is different from a dig vs. a roll? A half-decade now on the streets has proven it is a drivers race.

Same with most cars on the street.

its been a while where these threads are made and they go on for pages.... its not to hard to see why some people have a hard time believing someone that seems to look to stir people up.

can things happen on the street that dont make sense, sure. happens all the time. but the way you walked him on the first pull is either a serious power advantage or the c63 owner just doesnt know what is going on.

there are some 11 sec c63 that would be running door to door with you going buy your video. but honestly what do i know about your vehicle at all.

1) being such a good driver why not make living doing so?
2) if nothing is up why is it posted in so many place, all seemingly looking to cause a stir?

im sure if you drove to Milford and showed GM what you could do in a car they would hire you on the spot if everything is on the up and up.

Hmm... How about a starting line with staging lights and a set of timing boards at the end of a 1/4 mile, showing the real performance?? I don't care myself, but if you want people to simmadon... show your actual track passes on video.

Not gonna pull a c63 like that with any stock gto. I had one give me a good fight from a roll in my 385whp 3100lb z06, haha. Gave her, yes her, the hit at 70 and it took me most of 3rd gear to jump out a car length.

My point exactly....what hes trying to imply is that his driving skill makes up for the horsepower and weight disadvantage...
