A type r is a 1.8 high rev v Tec you can take these motors up to 9000 rpm and paired with a light car they are capable of high 13s with a good driver. Great kill

A 3600-4000 stall will help you out up to 4800-5500rpms depending on the STR and such. My SS3600 gives me slip up until around 5000rpms, meaning that my effective torque output never drops below my output at 5,000rpms. In other words, it gives you a giant boost to your torque all the way up to 5,000rpms. Forgot the word they have for it, but it really isn't that related to the actual stall but more into the STR rating which decides whether you have a tight or loose converter. Trust me, I myself was floored by the difference it made everywhere.

With my 3.46 stock gears, I was faster everywhere up until around 90mph. Verified by multiple runs against a car that was a dead match with me before the stall. When we were even at 85-90mph, he would start pulling on me when he didn't pull before. Before 85-90? say, 20-85mph pulls I was easily able to put 1 to 2 cars on him where we were dead even before.

The B18C motor is a NICE 1.8 liter but doesnt make power like the K20 type R motor... A K20 with foll bolt ons and manifolds is a mid to low 13 car. Add nitrous or boost and they are only limited by their traction being FWD.

In my legacy I almost got walked bya 99coupe with a regular K20 with Intake/header/intakemani/exhuast and a BS tune. Ive seen the older hatchs with boost K20s keep up with high HP evos. its all due to their near non exsistant weight(a 95 hatch stripped of its interior and what not is like 2000-2100lbs. Freaking nuts

Good kill!
