I agree with this. Thats why going from 2 down to 2 up from 60-120 is hard to believe. That is not the normal signs of small gap in performance.

You couldn't have possibly beaten that car, other people have driven the car you raced to a record time of xx.xx
You must have raced a v6 or the guy wasn't racing. Everyone knows young guys driving a car with paper plates are the real experts.
There are no exceptions to anything.
*end sarcasm*
I miss anything?

Lucky he didn't race a Fbody.

10 Mustang GT: 4.6l 24v 315 hp 325tq 3550 curb weight
07 GP GXP: 5.3l 32v 303hp 323tq 3600 curb weight
If he was bone stock and I have an intake and exhaust....with a gearing advantage. That's sounds like a win to me. And like I said....maybe he let out as I was passing him. And maybe it wasn't two cars....but he was definately in my rear view mirror! And I definately hawked him down and passed him between 60-120. But why get butt hurt and pull a pass on the shoulder after I brake?? His car was slower and he knew it. Why else pull a douche move like that?

Good kill BTW. The other guy was a total asshat for screaming by on the shoulder. No excuse for that.

It was just told, you weren't listening. I've seen those GPs do some serious damage to unsuspecting prey, that's a fact. Even though I would rather rwd, those ******* can cook from a roll.

Haha what??!! Please tell us you're not serious ohio, you've so far attained a somewhat reputable name for yourself here (I use the term loosly), but to make a statement like that is just plain ignorant. I'm not saying you are wrong, but it is the street and we have no reason not to believe what is said is true. You on the other hand, well you have to go above and beyond for any kind of credibility here on ls1tech, driving that shitstang of yours lol. Just pokin' fun, but I have to disagree with your post. ![The Jester](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_jest.gif)

I think op's car could beat it. My buddy had a impala SS with some mods and ran low 13's with it. same engine and all.

I know anything can happen on the street but for me its hard to believe for a couple reasons.
I raced several 2010 GTs in my bone stock down to the filter auto LS1 TA and was up by 2 cars at 120.
I have also ran a GP GXP with my 3.4 pullied GTP and would barely edge it out to 100 and my TA would easily put several lengths on the GTP.
I like the GP GXP, I even test drove a few but saying you pulled 4 cars from 60-120 just dont seem right to me. The guy let off maybe when he knew he couldnt rape a 4-door.
