I wanted to drive it into a river or wrap it around a pole because of how much it pissed me off. I am staying away from rustangs or Fix or repair daily products. Luckely i got out of it without losing money.

Length . OP, pretty much what other people said. In a dig race, you'll get him by a couple lengths. From a roll, a few more.

Op u don't have much to worry about. I have seen ls1's run Cobras a bunch (03+exempt)
Heck in my younger days I had an Integra with a little this n that, could take Those Cobras from a stop. But all my buddys with LS1's would hand me my ***.

Ya i know those new cobras are quick. Barely lost to one from a roll on the highway though. They have a supercharger dont they? The 99 Cobra just looks like a little beefed up 4.6

Don't really wanna tell u guys the mods cuz I would get laughed at. Than I would have to have my ls1 buddies make an account just to prove me right lol
I beat a 99 Cobra vert 5 spd and a Coupe 5 sp. Coupe had GTR (?) Intake and Bossani(?) Exhaust and an H or X pipe. He didn't wanna run at first cuz he was training to become a sheriff. the cobra Coupe pulled about 1/2car in my 4th. I had slow shifted 4th. Cobra dude said he had a perfect launch and perfect shifts. N it was a DC

If it matter Ill post some kills:
LT1 auto bolt ons, 05 mustang GT, Srt-4, B20vtec hatch,JDM type r EJ1 with bolt ons n cams, and had an auto 5.7 GTO by about a car.
The Ls1's were basic bolt ons, but all were on 100-125 shot. Ranging from 11.8-12.1's at Fontana Speedway. They even had Fake bottles in the trunk so they could show they pulled out a bottle. Real bottles were behind the drivers seat lol
Sorry for the thread jack OP

Funny thing is the first time my friends with the Ls1 saw me run, they also asked if I was on. 100shot lol
Ok ill tell u guys, no lie it was a 94 LS se. With. 99 jdm gsr, 3" cai, chipped p28, some of my Honda buddies said that my motor had to have had cams. I was embarassing ITR's with bolt ons and dr's. I mean I was leaving gsr crx's like they were single cams. A 300zx turbo driver told me he had a cammed b20 vtec Integra that was slower than my car
So if u don't believe n in Cali, my buddy with a 402 (550whp-ish) Camaro should be at Fontana speedway
He's seen My Vert Cobra race amongst others
So go ahead n call me a lair guys, I popped that Integra hood more than a Stripper at a Bachelor party

Hell if any1 is from my area (Fontana,Ontario,Rancho Cuc.) and is a member here, my Boys with the Camaros had small stickers on the window "***** Deep"
More than welcome to ask about the only Integra that chilled with them
Actually, they set up the Cobra Vert race

Lol,my brothers just told me I should have recorded the races. Its cool, I been called worse. If some1 told me the same thing I would laugh in there face. I'm 27 yrs old, been around the block a few times. So I agree with you, a fools story, but then again, why would some1 from San Diego with an LS vtec EF drive all the way out here to race a "15" second car?
I no longer have the car, and this was Years ago.

I don't give a **** what happened street racing . That car the way you described it would run a 14.2 @ 96mph on a great day with drag radials. You beat the obviously-terrible drivers. So if you think you beat the cars, you are a fool. If there is more to your car, then you are a liar.

You obviously just didn't know what you were doing with the rustangs.

Driven over a thousand 99-01 Cobras... Wow, that's a lot

Haha I am fully aware of what their cars are capable of doing. You obvious don't know that I worked at a Ford dealer, so I have melted the tires off a Cobra that I took as a trade in. Raced a Termi Cobra with intake and a Diablo chip (whatever that is) , against an srt4. We were bored lol. Sold cars for a years, I have probably driven More Mustangs, n drove them hard, than most people.

So you were a tech at Ford that thought it was cute to test drive the cars you worked on?
