Yes.. lol ....it was a dark color maybe black, dark blue not sure it was night time he was pacing back and forth waiting or searching far a space. He had Virginia plates and I let him break first when the highway opened back up. The all of a sudden he was gone, I looked in my rear view mirror watching for him but I think he just shut it down because I was gone. and oh yes I was not racing because if you are racing there needs to be someone to compete with? I was just accelerating rapidly.
