Finally beat a..... I beat a 2011 mustang gt, them new 5.0 engines are worth about as much as the badges on the side of the car lol, i was riding down the interstate minding my own buisness when this black 5.0 rolled up beside me, he downshifted ,i know because once he got right next to me he got really loud and high pitched. He stayed beside me like that for a good 15 sec before i rolled my window down. He said lets go on third honk and i agreed. On third honk i pulled my gear selector from drive down to second and punched to make sure it downshifted then slid it back in drive and from 70-135 i had him by 2 1/2 cars then at 150 i had him by 2 cars. He followed me off the interstate so i pulled in to the first gas station i saw, he jumped out of the car and came running up saying i cant believe i lost to a lt1 and he wanted to see under the hood. I just yelled tough luck shitstang as i took off leaving him standing in the middle of gas station looking stupid, best part was the gas station was packed and we had everyones attention.

All was good with the story until the last couple sentences. Kinda a dick move really. Not everyone wants to be a hardass about losing or winning. I'm always willing to pull over and talk shop with any cars win or lose.

You mighta been excited on the kill but no list of your mods. Ive ran a couple and i can tell you they are NOT an easy kill at all. In my case i was probably lucky the manual driver wasnt the best and it was stock and the auto which i have on vid tends to be a bit slower maybe but they are fast cars, no doubt. In a LT1, unless you have serious mods i cant see that happening unless he was just one of the worst drivers on the planet.

95 trans am A4 with custom made shorty headers custom throttle body and cold air intake with 4.11 gears hypertech power programmer tune and !muffler but he is lucky because i didnt have the tune installed. what a huge waste of money he spent on that mustang.
