Never happened to me..all the guys(kids*) driving import in my town are not very serious about their project and they brag about having a stripper Civic that corners well...

..I know some would beat me, but theyre not out often..I'm glad though!!!

..lightning teg, it must suck to be able to feel the 600rwhp only from 100mph, but it looks stupid fast from there!!!!!!

Years ago when I first brought my car I was a complete newb with a six speed, but I raced two local "ricers". First one was a nissan 300zx turbo...the race was from a dig and I left the line spinning hard. I had at least 2 car lengths on him until the very end the nissan blew past me and won. Second race from a dig was against a Awd eagle talon...I was destroyed!

I was heading to the AMS open house last year and I was absolutely destroyed by an EVO. I mean like I was standing still and my car was pretty fast from a roll. I had my tail between my legs that day.

i havent yet ..i belive there are a couple that can give me a good run..i was gonna race an evo ..but they crashed into it

I was driving my first Camaro home, a 99 V6 5speed when a clean, newer Integra ('00 style) caught me in an area with some room to run. We went twice from 30 to around 115, and each time he just barely pulled on me, maybe half a car. It was incredibly close. It wouldn't have been so bad, but his friend was video taping. His car was very clean though, white, lowered and a clean Type-R kit. It sounded like maybe just an intake and exhaust.

I later found out that the rough idle of my car was due to a ruined coil. I was racing on 5 cylinders!

New tires have hooked all the way to 440 in 3rd so we'll see what happens when it gets hot out

I was driving down the road in my stock '02 SS when my son, who was in the passenger seat, says hey dad there is some ricer that wants to race you. It was dark and I couldn't see what the car was, but I dropped into 2nd at about 40 when he hit it, so I mashed it too. I immediately started to pull past his bumper, then the guy just left me like I stood on the brakes. Turned out it was a Supra making around 800whp or so. I explained to my son what a supra was and spent the rest of the evening looking up mods for my car...

A yellow supra with a titan motorsports license plate frame. I was picking a fight with him and i got my *** handed to me. He didnt want to race to begin with so shame on me. Lol. This was a week after the cam swap.

I haven't had it happen since i got my V, but in my STi i have smacked the azz of plenty American muscle...lol. I bring the STi to hang with the Southern Maryland Cobra club. Quick pic from one of their meets at one of the local Ford dealerships...

I like everything but the shark fin on the roof.Totally killed it for me!

The bottomend was built by Agile Auto, 99.75 CP race pistons, eagle rods, and cryo treated crank, Andrewtech did the head work with supertech valve train, kelford 264 cams, dual springs and retainers, black fmic core turbo xs custom piping. Garrett GTX35r rotated turbo kit, single deatchwerks 300 lph fuel pump, 1000 injectors, fuel pressure reg, aquamist hfs-6 kit. Tuned by Jermaine at Turbo XS. I would never do the roof scoop on my car because that would attract the attention of Maryland and Virginia State Troopers...lol. Sleeper is my MO...
