I never bashed you or your car. If youve paid any attention, which you haven't, youd see that I've actually complimented the 5th gen for what it is. You are very sensitive haha. You need a diet w less estrogen in it. And oh yes, I forgot that the fact I drive a 4th gen makes me < you by default. How silly. I didn't tell you what you should drive either. You are like a bitchy, ill-educated car girl, but male...i think.
if that is the case, you have a VERY poor choice in cars to build "beasts" out of it. i thought you bought the 5th gen for the interior and nice ride etc etc etc. otherwise you pissed away $30k you could've spent on making a 4th gen a beast, or even a c5 vette (which i think is football fields ahead of the last 2 generations of fbodies in every aspect of performance and design).
I guess you forgot that one huh...

What is so hard to get man... why would I want to build a 4th gen or C5 when they been built to death over the last how many years or because it cheaper! I wanted something new with a new platform to play with, not copy everyone elses ****. Ask them what worked for them and copy there junk just because its cheaper. I dont care its a little heavy, I like that it has IRS and not the same old ****, something new to me! I like that there are not a bunch of proven setups yet, that give me time to figure out what works for me and report back its part of the fun of hot rodding. So what I should do.. is do what I am doing and having fun with something new, not the same old **** I did in the past.

Oh and what have you done for mods on your car, oh right, LTs and an intake... glad your really stepping up for the 5th gen crowd and paving the way for proven setups and doing things different.

I think the issue is more people bashing the gen5. Of course we will take offense to it. Yeah a stock 392 is faster than a stock SS or 5.0. At least the aftermarket is wide open for i gen5 and the mustang. As far as preference, I like the SS, but I have never been a Ford or dodge guy, although they all perform well. And lastley, why the 4th vs 5th gen in so many threads? All this does is go back and forth with people that can talk but not prove ****. I have seen it from both sides.
Because its cheaper, faster and looks better....
