Good kill and nice vette!Ran a ls2 gto with similar mods as me 3 50 rolls.Each time we would be even till about 85\90 mph and than I would start pulling away.Also I had a passenger,he didn't.

yea I would like gears just a lil on the pricey side haha. I have a vid of me racing on a car on gopro but he doesn't want me posting it on the forum for the local street racers to see. I can send it to ya in a pm though.

Lol! GTOs are too fat and 500 rwhp just isnt happening with a cam and a couple bolt ons.
For me to bet on a race against a Vette I like to have AT LEAST a 75hp advantage and hope I can hit the gears better. Anytime racing a vette from a roll is a bad idea, they just pull so hard up top. In my 04 I can hang good with modded c5Zs. Against a good driver in a C6Z... its close for about 3 seconds... then all I see is tail lights.
Good race and win.

Idk awhile ago I raced my stock c6 with just K&n and z06 manifolds against a 6.0l gto witch had intake,cam,Lt headers, cai, and a stage 3 monster clutch... From a 45 roll I got a car on him by 140mph.. I got to 45 put it n 2nd he got a jump on his "go" and I double clutched it... He said his clutch was slipping on both races.. Then accused me of having more mods then what I claimed.. said there was no way I should of won.. I'm like wow man you even jumped on me.. best I ran at a track was 12.32 115 with a 2.1 60ft... fml

Pretty retarded of him. Maybe he was thinking flywheel hp on his car or was hoping you'd get scared and not run. Either way, I barely edged out a stock c6 with my bolt on/cammed GTO @ 430whp. I wouldn't even think I'd have a chance against a bolton c6 without some weight reduction.

Bullshit, his clutch wasn't slipping, not with those mods, and not unless he keeps his clutch partially engaged at all times.
A base C6 with those mods would be about equal to the GTO. That was driver mod right there.
