When I was on the stock fuel system my car only made 422rwhp (this was on a 4400stall and a 12bolt rearend). Just changing the fuel pump to a racetronics aith the hotwire system picked me up 25hp. My car dynoed 447rwhp with the new pump but I was running 30lb SVO injectors.. That combo got me a best of 10.90@123mph with a 1.46 60ft at the track.. I have a th350 in the car now.

I told Sepno that in that one thread. He said he thought he did alright. I still say he needs to get up on the wheel a little better at the track.....appearantly he handles it just fine on the street

we cant discuss that in the street section, only stoppys track run where he wins lol. sepno didnt do the greatest driving that day obviously you watch him on the vid or just keep wankin to the mach leavin at 6500?lol tires and somethin other than a 10 bolt will help him majorly

short cylinder walls, but like hios has said many times whats left thats ford??? and alot of these guys are "ford" nut swinging about motors that no longer have a ford part on them. use ford boss block with no stroke "306,308" put a f cam in it a 70mm turbo, z304 cnc ford heads and then it can be considered ford. even if 50 % of the parts are ford. then nut swing. cause ls based stuff you can make stupid power with as little as boosted 5.3 with 90% gm ****.[/QUOTE]
I used to be like that in the 90s-but you outgrow their stuff and realize there is much thats better. The damn R block cost me a ton of money back then though...

After I install the antiroll in the rear I should be able to cut 1.36-1.38 60ft times and bring the E.T. down into the 10.2X or 10.1X

I don't really understand the argument that a engine isn't still GM/Ford if the parts in it are aftermarket.
To me it's just a angle so that someone can try and use it to make themselves feel better or put someone else's car down.

not at all puting it down. Just alot of these guys nut swing about ford. I give stoppy credit for it not ford. He did a good job. I just think ford deserves no credit on sbf stuff. Aftermarket made them what they are. I have since planed a all ford motor build for my fairmont. It will be ported Phead milled. Alphabet cam frpp rockers. Exploder intake. Bet the best I get it to go is 12s with ford parts

As far as the stree race went. Both cars w/ street tires stoppy didn't stand a chance. When he thru on those MT drags and limited the run to a 1/4 from a dig that w/ me on street tires that gave him a tremendus advantage that I'm aiming to eliminate.
My driving wasn't the best at that 1/4 track either. Last time I went to the strip in Nov I ran a 8.2 @ 90 in the 1/8th w/ the same shity tires so its getting better.

are you trying to say that the aftermarket is why the ford smallblocks are good?
