No surprise...the guys at YB are hardcore. They tore him a new ***. 
. He screwed up crying over there.
Most of you guys know that it takes quite a bit to get banned, particularly for real members. Douchebags? Not so much.
Oddwraith- I never once considered banning you. I view you as a quality member...who might've poked his nose where it didn't belong.

How would any forum be able to enforce a fine on a person for joining a public forum. It's about as dumb as banning the smelly kid from a treehouse and expect them to go to kid jail if they don't comply.

I mean, car forums aren't public domain really. It's a privately owned website and a business. If you're banned and continue to disregard the wishes of the owners and harass the site, I can totally see some ground to stand on legally. Web space law is actually really neat stuff--tricky, but fascinating. Nowadays, there's really not much room to hide behind a keyboard and think you can't be held accountable for anything.
Do I think they ever enforced it? Likely not. Do I think it's a good deterrent? Yeah, I'd say so.
