what rear gear do you have? If it's stock 3.42 probably explains the way the car feels in 3 and 4

It has 3.73, i spin 1st and 2nd that's probably why once I grab 3rd and get traction I walked him. And like I mentioned I have nitto nt05 315/35/17 on rear fwiw

I know of him from a while back from bimmerforum and I thought he trapped 13.08@108 stock A4, I didn't know if he got another car now.

Yah I'm pretty sure I gave 6 gears and a clutch. . I am on stock 3.42s so that does make a difference.

Here's the head to head.., me vs the srt8
I'm car 16, this was before longtubes and on stock tune.

You might be thinking of my old lt1 car that was a built auto with stall. That's been gone 6 years now though I think.

This car went 13.1 @ 108 stock though.

Your post makes no sense.....Because you ran even with 1 tuned 6.1 you think you would have done better? I can tell you for sure based off your times you wouldn't run dead even with my car with the exact same mods.

Always thought that it was an A4, my bad man lol.
But here's the thing your timeslip just prove that my race went as it should, the charger out 60ft you so it's stronger down low, maybe because of the gear and torque despite of the weight and you out trapped him up top.that's exactly what happened in my race he stayed even with me on 1st and 2nd and I pulled him on 3rd.
Like I said I couldn't get traction on 1st and 2nd that's why when I grab third and got traction I walked him.

I have nothing but utmost respect for srt8. I actually raced another 300c srt8 with heads and cams I couldn't pull until 150 when aero hit him.

All good yeah this one is manual.. It's all good.
Yeah I didn't realize you had gear and traction issues it does make more sense.

Bro I get it, your car with no track passes runs 11s with your mods at 115+. This isn't about you and his srt8 isn't the only one I've raced. There is also a 300c in the area that I ran door to door with stock vs stock from 70 to 140 several times.

8.2@87.9 pass 5.0 went 7.90's@92

LQ9 block
243 heads
232/234 .595/598 112 torqr v2 cam
Mid lengths
Lid and ls6 intake.

And ran a 12.8 on DR's?

If so, somethings wrong, i ran 12.92 with just cam shorties lid and cutout, on street tires.
Through an A4 stock tranny.

Id say you need a really good tune to put everything in sync.

No you mixed some things up...

That was my slip and I had a lid/FRA and ls6 cam on stock tune (shifting at 6k) and running 245 width all seasons.

Slips? Curious what DA was as well as 60fts.

7.9 @ 91? Your not leaving out any mods? What tune do you have?

Also.. Once again this was Pre longtubes and on stock tune. I know you think we all drive turds but I don't think I'm as far off you as you think.

Never said you drive a turd but with your mods you should walk him pretty easy. And Im sure, my car has the AFE Stage 2 Intake, Diablo Predator 91 CAI Tune, Corsa Catback and the Jet 180 T-Stat. Ive adjusted the tune just a little but nothing serious. And I would post a slip but none of them are with me where Im at right now. I do have the 8.2@88 one on 22's tho posted here on Tech somewhere

This is one of my 8.2 runs. It ran that pretty consistently. Thats about all it had in it with the 22's slowing it down.
