yeah i have one of the turbo ones and 14psi is a lie 24 is ideal when tuned. With bolt ons and e85 we can hit 330-340whp and up to 400 wtq. Cant wait to get my ta done and run them against each other.

This guy was also running e85. And those are some decent numbers! These things seem to have alot of midrange and run out of steam up top?

if he was running e85 that means he has larger injectors.i would only get larger injectors for a larger turbo.

I was under the impression that you could not get larger injectors because they are direct injection. ??

You can run a mix of e85 and 93 i ran it last year, the lnf in the ss loves the ethanol. You can run full with a tune but some cars cant flow enough fuel up top.

if he was on full e85 he probably has the trifecta tune, they can run full but run out of fuel up top because injectors cant flow enough, e47 lets you run more then enough timingfull e85 is just overkill. The trifecta tune is 24 psi and a **** ton of timing, pretty hard to keep up with from a roll, of course from a dig we all know how that would go which is why i bought my trans am lol.

Trifecta is a remote tuning service that offers the full e85 tune, most hp tuners people dont use full e because theres no need really, but he might have done the full e tune himself a few people have. Im from Frederick MD.

LMAO!!! That's my boy's Cobalt SS LMAO. That's how we get down son. Here's what most don't understand. A cobalt comes on and makes torque like a V8 (I'm serious) but it holds Hp and revs like a 4cl. For a street car it is the Perfect motor. It does not run out of steam. The stock turbo is pretty good. With minimal boltons it's an easy 340-350whp capable on low boost on 93oct. Now running e85 may be a diffent story. Being FWD they do spin but the ecu and it's traction control is so damn sophisticated they don't have traction issues. The turbo cobalt SS is ******* amazing! A few years ago I was riding shotgun with the cobalt from that vid. He was on the stock turbo and from a 20-30mph roll I witnessed him drag an 09 M3 3-4 to 120mph. He had 3-4 cars on the M3 (a highway beast lol) and was still pulling before he let off LMAO.

what did the guy in the ta expect? 545whp and that car vs his prob stock short 3500lb junk. it'd take every bit of 625 in his ta to even think about keeping up. oh well.

i've heard those turbo cars are a handful. i beat quite a few supercharged ones in my bolt-on camaro. haven't had the chance to run a turbo balt in my STOCK trans am.

Yeah, I met Ryan a little back and he's a pretty cool cat. We are going to do some runs come this spring. His little white snobalt is pretty bad *** from what I gather.
