you really need to get off this crap, i talked to a guy that bought a blower for his 5.0 and it ran him 5300, no one cares how much you spent on your car, really we dont , is it really something to brag about when you spent a good buck on a new car?wow you modded your car and didnt spend alot , good for you , some guys build turbo kits for 2 grand some spend 6 or more, there is nothing cool about that , its pretty bad when you have to say that 10x a month, how much is the price tag on a new 5.0 ? high 20s?

Being we both have brand new cars its all free game. And not sure what blower your guy bought. But he shoudl have shopped around. Made calls and what not. I have a buddy that has same blower as me. He just bought it from a big vendor and thought got good deal. He later found out I paid under 3800 for my blower new he didn't believe me. Gave him number where I ordered it. He called and got same price info as I did. He felt ripped off. And this actually was between me and 2SSarme...BUt feel free to hate.

Also a new 5.0 ranges in price. Depends on where you go and what all discounts you can get. For a base model buddy got his 2012 auto for a hair over 25k.

Agree. No one has to like them. Hell I didn't like them cause of how sorry the 4.6 was. As said before when it was time to get rid of the G8 if the 2011 would have been the same 4.6. I would be in a camaro. But they came out with the 5.0. And after driving both it was the smartest choice.

Thanks. I hope to drop a few tenths tonight at track. Finally got a some what good tranny tune in the car. Will be datalogging it so we can make more adjustments.
