yeah i crept pass the line during the tree.
First things first. Get some gears! 3.73's maybe. I think you should be fine with your 3600 stall for now. What brand converter is it?

Btw your car should run wayyyyyy faster. I run 7.8's in the 1/8 mile and I'm in an auto with 75% bolt-ons.

yes its got a tune.i bought it with a tune,so im unsure of who tuned it.ive got a revmax 3600 stall.i have come to the conclusion that its not as good as a yank.im picking up a yank ss4000 tomorrow.
2.73!! yeah, yeah i know.gonna get the 3.73s installed with auburn posi very soon.
im just happy the damn crustang didnt beat me.but it wouldn't take much for the mustang to win i will admit that.i called lunati and they said my car would be faster with a 4000 stall no doubt about it.so i cant wait to go back to track and cut some 1.7 60's .my trap speed with street tires is 87.7 with slicks it was 86.3

i found an edlebrock tourqe arm non adjustable for $199.i know it will be better than stock,or should i wait and get the adjustable one for $299?

An 8.2 1/8 is about a 12.7 1/4 so the 5.0 was running what it was supposed to.

Yea, but you cheated so it doesn't count. You launched hard with sticky tires on a prepped track and you also have a factory rear end that isn't made of glass. How dare you?

That's damn good for a moostang! Really though what is your 60ft?? I should be able to get 7.7's with my nt05r's I have on it now. I also want to try a track a little further away. The d/a isn't 3k there so hopefully I can actually run in some decent air finally. I had a goal to hit 11's before I did any big mods, but than I installed the n20 kit. Soo now I guess my goal is 11.8's-11.9's off spray and 10.9's on spray... Sorry for the rant lol

I'm pulling 1.7 something. I'm hoping next time back with the skinnies I can pull a 7.8@90mph. That would be sweet with the mods I have.

Plus next time I go I will have some different slicks on. I'm going smaller, running a SS Hoosier 8.5 and maybe a set of tubes. Not sure yet...I think my car likes the sidewalls more stiff.

Yea same here. I have 275 nt05r's now. Last time to the track I was on 315 nitto's cutting 1.9-2.0 60fts I was running 12.5@111. So if I coud get my 60ft down to 1.7's like on my recent 12.3 pass I should be very close to 11's. What was the d/a on your 12.5 sec pass?

I forgot. I think I had pretty decent air that night. Corrected my numbers went from 12.56 to 12.52 so it wasn't bad.
