Why are we still arguing about a Mach 1? Who cares! Unless it's a Termi, or an '11+ 5.0, why bother!

Did you buy the 315/35/20 NT05Rs? Will be a whole lot better than 21" street tires lol, helped a lot on my car even going from the street tire NT05s to the Rs

I'm glad that you and I can finally agree on something.

The main reason I don't care for the Crossfire is the looks and cost to mod. Don't like the 2seat only either. I prefer bigger cars as I am 6' 7".

Only problem I have is 5th gens are damn near impossible to hook and having 600rwtq @3k rpm really doesn't help.

My dad had showed me this several months back. Now I know its for a magazine, but the overlying principle is here. GT500 was compared to a GrandSport Corvette not ZO6. GS has a LS3 rated at I believe 440hp relatively. The GT500 Was rated at over 550, but has a 400lb weight disadvantage.

We all know its power to weight ratio. that being said maybe stopsigns ill wipe the floor in my Mach1 mentality isnt completely farfetched...

Never had an issue the 2times I've driven my car in the rain with the NT05Rs but I also don't push my car in the rain just drive like a normal person. But when its dry out they hook pretty good can't ask for a better tire, last pretty long too I'm at almost 4k miles on one (got a flat on the other) and they still looks pretty good bet I can get atleast 8k out of them

Ah. Well trust me. I spin a LOT more than you. Thus me saying that nt05r might not help me. This car is just a torque monster.

Just to give you an idea of my power level the only z06 that's been able to keep up with me is a head/cam/intake/tune/DRs z06 and he only got me by about 2 cars and the reason was I would spin in 2nd and he'd move out but as soon as I got traction I would stop the pull. Of course at like 160 he started pulling away again~.

Yeah.. shitty vid but what can I say. And this was before my new tune. I'm going to run him again on slicks/full suspension mod/8 rib conversion for 0 belt slip/new tune.
