Yes it was...I have video from that night..with us talking **** to a couple 5th gens that had LT/DR's/tune/cold air and only ran high 12's. One the guys now owns a 5.0. LOL. Also these runs are backwards. The hot lap was a 12.4. Later with cool down I drove to my best of night to a 12.22@114. Buddy gave it a shot again and only ran a 12.26. I had the car for about a week when we did this. I wasn't used to driving a manual any more coming from the G8.

I remember this car. It also had race gas in it. That came out later. And with these computers it bumps timing for the race gas. Also was really really great air. From what remember -1000 DA.

we should all give our cars stupidass names, too. then we can race others and start a sim city soap opera of pulls.

so who made pulls last night? el mero camaro and who? notimeforL99 ws6. i heard the trans am was just a bolt-on car, gave up 3 and the hit..still pulled 6 up top.

Regardless a best of 11.52 is impressive if you ask me...

Hes a lightning owner is the only reason i know the owner... His lightning had enuff bawlz to wheel stand, come down and break a BTS 4r100" (Most badass 4r100) bell housing in three places and still run high 10's...

It is still bad ***. I know a buddy that has a 10 sec lighting..Low 10's. Till he hurt it. Now he waiting on new heads to come in.

there is a local here that had a red lightning that went 9.teens. his tow truck, another red lightning, went 11.20s haha. it was badass to see the tow rig knock on 10s, the hook up to the "race-truck" and go on home.
