I once had the chance to either buy a modded 350z (aka gtr) or a vette. I decided to buy a camaro, why you ask? Because I'm just that ******* cool.

I have to disagree. When a GT-R beats a car with the same or more power, it is because of the transmission and gearing (at low speeds, maybe the AWD). When a corvette beats a car with the same or more power, it is because of a weight advantage (also possibly an aerodynamic advantage at higher speeds).
