sounds like something from someone who doesnt really respect what someone builds. The real thing with cars and anyone who has ever been a serious gear head is they dont care what you have but more of they care that you built it and its respected because all the time you put into it and knowledge...... Not that you have the money to go out and buy a zr1 or a zl1 because you have the money. But i guess im just a little old school and like my rat rods. I guess now a days people care more about what you buy. Just my opinion

LOL it is all about what you buy. Most of the v8 guys iv run into over the years have been stuck in highschool mode. Although the ones that have the more respect for speed approach tend to be the ones with faster cars. The more insulting ones tend to have a few bolt ons. More of the follower crowd trying to fit in.

ODDWRAITH..why are you wasting you're time 'bro...i would rather own a v6 mint condition camaro, then a 10 sec. geo...that's just me...put $25.000 in that geo and beat a bugatti in the 1/4...but he still has a bugatti and you don't. i dig it that you like to build a car and not spend X amount of dollars on a new one...cool, but don't come on the best website there is and talk **** about other people's rides...you like third-gens ???...great i own one, and two fourth gens, but do i go to SVT and talk smack ???...hell no, you sir are looking for attention.

I just read thru this thread and I just don't get why someone would rev at a Geo. If you rev at that, what's next ??....hey a Carolla (rev), hey a cargo van (rev), whoa a '76 Pinto (rev). Makes no sense....but carry on.
