Default need suggestions for this..

my friends and i are being called out by this guy with a honda hatch back that he claims has a T3 or T4 turbo (he won't say for sure...shady). we've also been told by his friends that he has an engine swap, that the car weighs 1800 with him in it and is either pushing 340 or 400 hp. the kid won't open the hood either

we talked to a guy with a SC TA (running 3 lbs of boost) that lost to him, says that the honda has nitrous also. i'm just wondering what i need to do to beat him. he's basically acting like our F-bodies are b*itch cars, etc. really starting to **** all of us off. what would you guys recommend??

my car is an 02 SS with FLP LTs, loud mouth exhaust, direct flor air lid, smooth bellow, pro 5.0 shifter. any feed back would be great..thanks alot

If a SC TA lost to him (LS1 im assuming) you're gonna need to bring a good amount. Get some nitrous and Nittos. Hope he breaks somethin.

Theres a kid around me with a 240 thats built like that. I believe his weighs more and doesnt have nitrous, but he does have a huge turbo and totally built motor and tranny. He wont pop his hood either. He says he runs 11's.
Id think drag radials and as big a shot as you have the ***** to spray. Then hope he misses a gear.

You're going to need at least 500 to the wheels to hang with an 1800lb civic with 370-400whp. Although finding one of these actually running and not on a trailer is extremely rare ... it could definately be done. I believe 3psi on a otherwise stock LS1 should put him around 400ish to the wheels .... so talk to him and ask him how the civic ran against him. If he destroyed him by buslengths, then you will need lots of power ... if he won by a length or so, then you will just need alittle above what the s/c'd guy had.

Personally, I think it's dumb to go after a car a s/c'd ls1 just lost to with a light bolt-on LS1 ... but everyone has their priorities.

There are tons of diff combinations to get you over the 500 mark ... easiest is probably a cam and a decent wet shot .... plus a tuning and some DR's.

cam, Spray and tires. and pray to god you do not snap your rear axle when you launch. unless you have the nuts after the cam to spray a 250 and you will ****** rape him from here to mexico!

Oh man, 1800 pounds only?
If his car could run straight, it would be good for low 11's on slicks.

Your lightly modded car needs a big shot of juice and Nittos, as mentioned above.

i was told by a few people that 1800 lbs is BS..it would be around 2400-2500. is that possible?

Just to give you an idea;
About a month ago, I ran an Integra boosting 24psi.
My car traps 118mph.
Integra boy's car was as fast as my car on the highway, so bring on the dope.
