Just stick with your initial comment, in that a GT500 is a "closer to 128-130mph car than you think". Im sure you searched the internet high and low for data to back your statements up but obviously you found none. Now conveniently it turns into a stock car plus drag radial debate.

Oh, and if you believe the '13 GT500 to trap 4 mph faster than a C6 Z then the real question is, why am I even debating you?

Actually DRs only Z06s have gotten 126-130 fairly consistent. There's not much of a difference in trap between the 2.

Traps for both are very similar. Out here at SRP BONE-STOCK C6 Z's trap 125mph in good air, its not hard to do with a 440whp 3150lb vehicle.

I usually don't like to mag times but just for EvanGTO I found this M/T road test for 2006 Corvette Z06 below: 11.6@127.

Ironically faster so far than any GT500 they've tested. LOL

Most the times are all at Atco/MIR, so it'll be interesting to see what the GT500 will do there on DRs. That is where pretty much every record for any car happens LOL

Jesus mother loving ******* **** ball christ... If i ran into a c6 z06 and it had drag radials on it but everything else was a factory stock car... i would tell everyone i raced a bone stock car. I cant stand this ridiculous debate how a different brand tire makes a car not stock. You mean to tell me if i was burn out happy and switched to a sumitomo tire that cost 100 dollars, that its a modification because its not the tire the factory presented it to me on??? Thats like saying a car that came with 5w30 mobil 1 oil that gets switched to Quaker state 5w30 is a modification and no longer means the car is stock. If it is on a 15 inch bogart race wheel, then i consider it a modification. You are drastically decreasing rotating weight which in turn will result in a faster accelerating vehicle.. If you have a factory rim and literally just changed to a diff tire... its a god damn stock car. I never EVER use the "drag radial" arguement to my advantage or disadvantage. The z06 has been out for 6 years and people have literally had 6 years to master that car and break records in stock form... why is the gt500 labeled as a 126mph car when its only been out for 2 months??? Im pretty sure ranger didnt trap 128 in his z06 within the first few months of that car coming off the assembly line. But let me guess... because i drive a ford.. i must be a mustang nutswinger...
