Lets see how the L99 runs against actual cars from this section and the videos being recorded on something other than the first camera phone released in the USA
Better hope the bottle is full and well concealed
LS3/L99s are still really nice cars. Unfortunately GM just defeated the performance advantage of newer engine technology by making them so damn heavy and detuned from the factory. It is crazy what even a tune and transmission tune will do for the stock L99 (and no, it doesn't make them capable of beating Termis)

i agree with you, **** im sure i can get my buddies to meet him half way just has to be the right now time since my buddy with bolt on cobra just left for wyoming, but im sure me my buddy with another bolt on ls1 my buddies stroked 383 lt1 and a full bolt on ls2 m6 will meet him. im down just gotta talk to them.

You'd think a bolt-on LS1 M6 like yours would run his L99 well. If it were truly only tune/LTs/straight pipe, he should only be making what, 345-360rwhp max with the L99? Sounds like bolt-on M6 LS1 territory with advantage to LS1 due to weight

its a stroked 383 lt1 afr alumminum heads, cam, msd igintion and low compression, dyno sheet is in his car and its locked lol but i think like 417 and 389, im sure im off though. he is prett even with the ls2 but this next week lt1 is installing 4.10's should be nasty. i would figure my car would give him a good run on his mods stated but the way that thing runs id need to be stroked, h/c plus boost lol

Nice man! It is always nice when they are on the same page as you. Hell mine doesn't even have hers yet and is always asking me to show her prices/videos on certain exhausts, etc. I love it

whatever you do, DO NOT put borla s-type mufflers on. i made that mistake with her's and the drone is pretty annoying IMO. go with corsa, a bit pricey, but worth it. her car seriously walks my 2000 a4 (lid/tune) from any highway roll. once those things get going, they roll out pretty good
her mods right now are CAI, magnaflow x-pipe, borla s-type axle back, and engine/trans tune. with JUST a trans tune, that thing would light up 1st (on the downshift) and bark 2nd pretty good too...tons of fun!!
