By some of these guys logic you'd have to know how a vagina works to fk one.

Go back to watching Friends and using your internet explorer.

Auto's are for old guys or dudes that can't comprehend how to shift... A stick is far more fun to drive and takes a driver to actually drive the car instead of just pushing the gas pedal... I guess this makes the difference from real driver... Needless to say.. When there is more chance for driver error then racing becomes more interesting.. At the strip, streets , road course's, w/e the racing.. Sticks are always more fun to watch.

Not quite... Racing is so much more fun when 2 sticks racing than 2 autos... Auto cars seem to always do the same ****... A Manuel has more **** going on.. Face it 2ss... Manuel cars require more skill to operate.. What's more impressive.. Another 8 sec auto car or an 8sec manuel?

Coming from a guy who has never owned or raced a big stalled, big power auto car. Keep the ignorant comments to yourself until having owned both. I am a very very good stick driver, most likely good enough to embarrass your times WITH YOUR OWN CAR.

I have a stalled auto for a reason: yes it's faster, but also different from the majority of manual equipped modified cars you come across on the street. There is just as much, if not more, skill involved in racing a big stall auto as a stick shift from a dig or low roll. BTW if stick shifts are so friggin cool, why is it that every time I go against a stick shift guy in my power/speed zone they almost always want a ricer roll eh?

+1 Just ordered my big ol loose converter today.

Can't wait to get the Yank T-shirt though!

http://www.converter.cc/product_p/yts.htm

edit: Used to be die hard 6 speed guy, you can probably find posts from me about never owning an auto from not too long ago actually, but losing isn't fun, neither is breaking ****. I'll definitely own another 6 speed some day, hopefully in a C6 though. haha

Too each his own, anyone that can't see that part should kindly shut the **** up.

This. Ive built a few cars from rolling chassis into street cars, and done my share of motor, tranny swaps. but having a job now where i work 12 hour days, 6,7 days a week, I have no time, but extra money. why not drop my car off in the morning work, and pick it up done? lol.

I wish you would have been closer to me before I started parting the Evo out. Every stalled auto I ran on the street wanted to do a low roll. No one wanted to do a dig, even if they had a decent set of tires
