Good running 2V! WE have a local 2v here that is full boltons AFR heads/3:90`s M5 on a 315 DR and the best he could muster was a 14.4. I almost cried for him, that was all out and on the next run he snapped an axle. So its amazing what a little bit of boost does for you

He needs to have his car taken from him by force. Unless of course the DA for that run was 12,000'

Snapped an axle with a 14 second car? lol. If he told you he had AFR heads, he lied. Trick Flow is the only aftermarket heads available for a 2v. Probably still has the stockers.

Those cars can easily run better than that stock. Even at 2,800' DA. So something is wrong with his car or he has no clue how to drive it.
Edit: They can easily run better than that stock if you're talking about a '99-'04 2V. The '96-'98 cars can easily get there with a couple of bolt-ons.

Wow. I went 14.0 @99mph bone stock. And I learned how to drive a standard 2 weeks prior to that.

We have a local gto with full boltons, Afr heads, gears m6 on drag radials running 14.5. It would be a damn good run.
