I've raced the cobra a few other times and we've made a few other videos, down low I spin really bad on the hit. On a 60 pull I pull out on the cobra but it starts to reel me in at the end of forth.
I feel that the car may need a look at the tune because its really rich on start up but that's me just going by the smell.. Maybe a call to Mike Norris..

actually taking a look at your cam specs. Im not a fan. Especially that much duration on a 113. Id want that cam atleast on a 112..but most likely a 111. I think youre just losing a race to a car with better power through the curve honestly. Plus the 2 degree split. That would work better with a ported or after market head. The stockers seem to like big splits better.

40 Rolls are not in my favor, especially when its 45 out lol.

The C5 is only a 430whp car. I willing to bet the C6 is close to that, and the cobra is 485. Seems like the numbers all make sense to the outcome.

LS2 with headers alone should be about 370+rwhp. I've seen LS3 Camaro with E85 and ARH put down ~420rwhp, 400rwtq on a mustang dyno.
There was an LS2 vette I searched a while back that put down something like 436hp on a dynojet with a g5x3 cam. made something like 395ish rwtq.
Maybe your cam is too mild or maybe the stock heads aren't working well with that cam?
What did you dyno it at? Hows your gearing? You on original gears or did you change gears up when you did the trans rebuild?
People sometimes go with things like ZR1 gears in a normal C6 and then **** themselves over in the powerband.
