Two Lessons Learned in One Night
1. The dryrotted 6 year old tires are due for replacement. These are the same tires that the Camaro left St. Therease with in Aug 1997.
2. The street doesn't have the same kind of traction that the track does.
I'm glad I was finally able to post some kind of kill after reading all of yours. I'm still jealous that I haven't run anyone worthwhile yet. At least I'll be ready for the next time.
Tony,
Oh, did I mention that it was a hella lot of fun???

Tony
you'll find more before you know it.
as for traction on the street... eh, normally a little bit of tirespin never hurt anybody, but if you're spinning through 2nd on an A4, then i'm suprised your tires havn't blown out yet! i've never heard of tires that bald still surviving. i can barely chirp the tires on the 1st-2nd shift most of the time, and you're still spinning em? ick!
