I thought the ZR1 blowers where TVS 2.3's not 1.9...

ZR1s do have an Eaton TVS2300.

ZL1s have a TVS1900.

2013 GT500 have TVS2300.

I got it... you where saying the 1.9's are sorry blowers... not the 2.3's...lol

FWIW the GT500 is faster at Laguna Seca than the ZL1. GT500 is a beast, GM and Ford fanboys have to agree on this one. GT500 will run circles around the ZL1 on the street. Mod for mod, the GT500 WILL WIN. ZL1/Camaro badly needs that new lighter chassis/LT1 engine to get back to pole position.

I cant read thru all this to explain. I hope someone already has but. . . . Nobody is talking about air temp. It heat soak. Heat from the engine and the blower. Doesn't really matter how cold the air is if its heated to hot as **** by the supercharger and slamed into a hot engine. If you can't co the air back down its gonna detonate and **** things up. So the computer makes things safe again by pulling timing and adding fuel, which kills power.
GM will put a bigger cooler on it and a more aggresive tune in the future. If they don't, hot rodders will or they will buy something else.
