Mach 1's have cnc ported heads from factory that flow about 500cfm at 20 lift. not enough CFM for such a big cubed Motor IMO, but it is the reason why they trap 120+ with just gears.

They wheel hopped like crazy. That was the biggest problem with those cars was launching them. The skilled drivers got high 13s @ 103 ish pretty regularly.
