Got blown off the road by a LS Miata :( I recently moved to South Merritt Island in central Florida east coast as my primary home. I was only able to bring one car with me and that was my Supercharged Mr2. Rest are back at my other homes in Pa and Md.
Mr2 due to it being rare doesn't have that much to it anymore. NST pulley,TRD coated Header,na cams,ported head,ported blower blah blah
In case you don't know what one is here is mine...
Have gotten in a lot of action down here with some losses against Milfs in their husbands Turbo 911s etc...no biggy.
However...
Cruising on Tropical past Don Johnson's house(its for sale BTW-I think I am the poorest person on this island
) I see a red Miata tailing me. I goose it a couple times around some of the turns. I notice its a little lowered and has wide rims. A few miles up road opens up to 4 lanes and we hit a red light but it changes to green. I romp on it. Miata blows past me like I am standing still. OUCH. First thought was maybe it was a Monster Miata(Pushrod 5.0 swap which I have seen many in Florida over the years). Turns out after talking to guy it was a AFR,fast 102, Magic stick(didn't say which one-who cares) LS2 swap. OOPS. Forgot to ask if he was on the boards. Name was Anthony. We stopped at Island breakers a local club etc.... I think I am more suprised he is as tall as Slowbranotch and fit in a Miata....

I'm more interested in the mr2, I almost had one of the turbo ones around 18 that my brother owned. Till it blew and he sold it. I was very angry at him for that. Still want one....
