Bottom line, my car in the spring would ravage the way my car was against that cammed fifth gen.
Lucky for you... i have a race with a 500whp h/c fifth gen on Weld RTS wheels come spring time. Ill be sure to post up another 50+ page thread of people calling BS and having nothing but excuses for the fifth gen.

So my car with 450whp weighing 32XX (properly setup) wont hang with any 500whp 4000+lb fifth gen? Good logic...
Bottom line, my car in the spring would ravage the way my car was against that cammed fifth gen.
Lucky for you... i have a race with a 500whp h/c fifth gen on Weld RTS wheels come spring time. Ill be sure to post up another 50+ page thread of people calling BS and having nothing but excuses for the fifth gen.

Same way the car is now.. except its 65lbs lighter, 25 of it coming off the driveshaft i just put in. I vboxed 60-120 in 7.8 seconds starting in third gear. Would be faster if i could have started in second gear (runs out to 70mph). Goal is to be running that in low 6s by spring.
Longtubes (going on next month +25-30whp)
Clutch/flywheel (-15lbs)
Wheels/tires (-60-75lbs)
Gun drilled axles/lightened,polished 3.90s(-15-20lbs)

I don't know what your car traps....?
My car with a blower cam on stock suspension was trapping 118.... That was at 420rwhp.
Rhino is at 120+ and he hasn't touched his heads.
I think you're extremely confused on what a properly setup 5th gen especially with touched heads, can do. You may be thinking of a cam-only 5th gen.

How do you poorly setup a car with full exhaust, intake, and cam??? The car made over 100whp more then stock.
Guess i raced a poorly setup supercharged vette... a poorly setup 612whp gt500... a poorly setup cammed/nitrous g8, poorly setup 117mph 2v gt....etc...etc... damn. The best part is im doing this all with a car setup by FORD. Barely has mods...oh well.
