Yep, the real issue is the car. Any dyno I've ever been on hasn't been able to get a pulse, or it was significantly off... maybe it's actually a dead car.
Same dyno picked up my GTO signal just fine.

Meents and I already discussed how the dyno works. It calculates horsepower based on the acceleration of the drum. It then uses that horsepower calculation and pairs it with engine RPM to determine Torque.
People fail to grasp the idea that the torque applied at the drum is an irrelevant number that no one ever discusses for any reason in regard to dyno sheets.
In short... 20 people made asses of themselves and are now hiding in the bushes.
