Props to all 3 cars! And siding with Evan here, given the driver mod in the Cobra, the runs would have been worse for the Z and GTR. Excellent runs, thanks for the vids, all 3 cars are impressive without a doubt.

Im far from an 03 cobra fan boy. But you have to admit of the 2 cars in this race...in the given amount of time raced...its the faster car. The cobra driver is not nearly on par as the zr1 driver or gtr trans... yet once he gets moving in the gear, hes pulling rather well. Not the cars fault the guy drops back over half a car on the shifts. Hell one of the shifts the zr1 took a full car. The cobra pulled it right back in with the next gear. Doesnt take a fan boy to realize that if both cars had equal drivers, the cobra would have been out ahead...atleast till the end of fourth gear. Not sure why he didnt even bother shifting fifth.

Its a given the cobra makes ALOT more than either the ZR1 and GTR on a "heart breaker" that cobra more than likely makes well into the 7's if not low 8's.

How about you read buddy. Says zr1 is 600whp on a mustang dyno and tune on e85. So I don't think its stock.
The infamous 'Bambino Cobra' went up against some of TRC's best. The Cobra is a built motor E85 drinking beast. A 3.4L whipple strapped to the top of the motor making 690whp on a heart breaking mustang dyno. The ZR1 is on e85 making just over 600whp on a mustang dyno, and the GTR making 585whp on mustang dyno.

Id love to see this cobra as a hard top and a pro shift trans..or even just the pro shift trans... would have been ugly for these cars. Its nice to see a fast cobra every now and then. Seems its more rare these days. Which i dont understand how thats even possible. A brain dead monkey could make one of those cars trap 125 effortlessly. You get a forged motor and a blower out of the box... HOW CAN YOU SCREW THAT UP??
