Is this a regular wrx with Sti boltons? You said Sti top mount iintercooler, so now I'm questioning if its a wrx with a Sti turbo and ic? If that's the case yeah 115 is way high. I just looked up a stock turbo Sti record of 11.7x @113 so if it is a Sti yeah your prolly lookin at a 111 ish car, sub 115 lol. So I shot high give me the benefit here, too many variables to get much closer than that. Get it on vid, race him from a dig and it will be more fun for the both of ya unless he twists a half shaft like I did once lol

If he traps 111 it may make for a very interesting race on the street from a dig. I'm pretty sure it is an Sti. It's blue with the gold decals on the side and gold wheels like you always see em. Either way, it will be recorded.

Brembos and no 3rd brake ligh in the window is normally the only ways to tell if its a true Sti or just a wrx. Brembos are a bolt on part but the 3rd brake light, not so much. Either way I wouldn't worry much about the difference, you got this

Bro, don't sweat it so much. It won't be anywhere near a 111 trap.

A VF39 is a stock 04-06 STi turbo. If the guy has a WRX he stuck on an STi turbo. With full supporting mods, he'll make anywhere from 260-310awhp (the 2.0 obviously being on the lower side, 2.5 making a little more power). It will be a 103-106 car. No big deal for the OP. Either way, those WRX's and STi's hit a brick wall as soon as you get into 4th. They are best for 0-90mph sprints.

I'm sticking to my guess. If its a Sti, it's prolly a 111 mph car. They trap 103+ with competent drivers stock.

No they don't.

They trap 99-100 stock. The OP will race a 103-106 trap car.

We're at 1550 but our air is hot and humid. Like 90+ and miserable.
