I was thinking the exact same thing. Honda motors don't suddenly just pull like a bastard up top lol, unless they are turbo. But I didn't hear any turbo in this vid.

The car was on the limiter on all gears. Notice at the top of 3rd gear the car breaks loose a bit, then the next gear it breaks loose a bit more but pulls on the gear where he has some traction, besides that i think the OP was letting off at the sametime. But no info was stated about the car so yeah.

Personally sounds like he had boost by gear.

You are losing a lot of top end with only bolt ons and that tire/gear combo. Get some 4.11s and spray
