3) There is a world between 600/900rwhp. Plus its the same guys who tuned that 5.0. Who knows what the guy didnt wanna pay for, liek 8 ribs setup, bigger injectors, supporting fuel system, tuning, ETC!! So NO this one didnt make it for some reasons. Exactly the same BS that Honda fanboys tell when they loose.

4)Everybody is pissed because there is a 5th Gen that runs hard(it would have been really ugly for the fanboys if Rhino had the appropriate TC) and and theres so much hate on 5th Gen cause there heavy pigs that cant run

5)And, since when a built engine gives 300rwhp more?

1) Thats what F1X cars make in my world...and douchebag that does not make 850++++rwhp using an F1X is a ******* POSER and they only use the blower to say I have an F1X. It's like running a 91mm turbo and only making 650 wheel...get it?

2)These guys PAY POWER BY THE HOUR TO DO THE WORK, or other companies....they are not "shop" cars as a shop does not own them, other then Lund, owning his own TT 5.0...which (PBTH built)...it still isn't a "shop" car. I have access to any machine work, any part, and I do not work in a shop....not professionally anymore..and I have access to all the "best" stuff(lol-what a funny comment). So, your ASSUMING that they have the best of everything, when they only have forged bottom ends.

3)Hence the reason why it makes someone a ******* POSER.

4)I am way more of a Camaro fan then a mustang fan by any means,....and I will always root for them....wtf do you know?

5)Since apparently you don't know jack **** about an F1X capability. Thats when it makes that much more power.

6)Assumption, once again.

I don't give a **** what your opinion of me if, I am simply here to tell you how it is. Like it or not, I could give a ****. I'll say(type) it again, so you understand,..(i'd use POP outs if the forum had them to help your small mind)...

...any car rocking an F1X and making that kind of power,...is a ******* poser...who again,..just wants to say..."yea, I got an F1X" ......

Watch my build in the Vette section of an F1X car, and I will show you what kind of power it is SUPPOSED to be making.

What you don't understand is, the amount of horsepower it takes to spin a head unit like that....how much he is using. He would been better off using a smaller unit..like a D1....etc.

You think I am here pointing fingers....or taking sides, or trying to take something away from someone....... logic, is the first thing that comes to mind which I am trying to explain....to of which, you don't seem to understand.

So anyways, boys,...carry on with your bullshit. Can't wait to hear the replies. Please, school me

I think he said he had an F1a?

Ok so my new cam is being ground Monday, looking for good gains over my current cam. Cam will retain vvt. Basically going to see apples to apples what just a cam swap nets me power wise. Then i'll do some heads, with some 1.8 rockers. This cam will be stable up to 7800-8000 on the right setup......LOL not on my stock bottom though. Hoping I can get near 540-550 rwhp with the heads on when its all said and done.

Thanks for the compliments guys, I have certainly put A LOT of time in dialing the car in. Just tryin to rep the 5th gens.

You guys started all this **** with the posting of what others cars did/do blah blah. This one got beat on that day. I gave a likely difference to maybe why. That was all.

Nice long post. Youre the one assuming forged bottom end with F1x should (SHOULD COULD WOULD) make 950. Yes it can no doubt, but why he is 300rwhp short. No one knows. **** off.

Im no FI specialist, but I know f1x are badass. You make it sound like 1000hp+ is like a walk in the park. You know better than that.

You obviously don't get it man. I'll try and write this nice and cuddly, to not further upset the heard.

Why would you put a super badass blower, or turbo on a car, without having the appropriate fuel system or the built bottom end to support it? Now, I am more for someone doing a fuel system, then I am on a must have bottom end.

Why would you buy an F1X or comparable, and run a 6 rib setup? Why not run a smaller blower? You would achieve the same.

If you wanna be closed minded,..do it up.

lol..

Did I hurt your feelings playa? I'm assuming? What am I assuming? I have put together 50-60-100 FI setups......and I am no expert. I supply some of the FASTEST/QUICKEST cars in the world...and I am still, no expert. However, I speak what I know, and what I have learned. Nothing is some bullshit I read on the internet....like that possibly from yourself.

1000RWHP IS,..indeed, a walk in the park. You just need the correct setup from the start. "**** off?" lol... ok,..I will,...as I go work on my 1xxxrwhp setup. (which one though???? lol)

Pull your head out of your *** dude. If you don't know, or don't understand FI setups,..maybe you should keep your ******* mouth shut,..until you actually know something. You'd look like less of a douche like that.

Me,..i am always gonna come off as a dick....but atleast I am a knowledgeable, honest DICK.

I'll paypal you a dollar if you can keep a hydraulic cam stable to 8k in that motor. Mine gets wavy around 7500, and its got ti valves.

Also, to clarify, what V-series is saying is that if your F1-X isnt turning 65000rpm, then you're doing it wrong, and should use a smaller blower. And he'd be correct

What you are insinuating is really childish and dumb.

'playa' lol Thats funny. Not butt hurt at all. I dont own a 5th Gen or a 5.0 so..
I'd say youre a sensible person since a '**** off' got you started pretty good on the name calling. But its the way it has to be in this section I guess. Sounds like 1000rwhp is a joke for you, but you are clearly the minority. Props to you.

Never said I was an expert, you came with that. I even said otherwise, which would make me anything but a douchebag I'd say. But I'm not dumb about cars, I can turn wrench for a guy that does it on the weekend and learned everything on LS1tech and usefull books(writen by LS1tech guys lol).

I know theres a bunch of plp(not expert like you) who have issues with their FI setup, whatever is the damn supercharger. My point is: CAN HE MAKE THAT KIND OF POWER? YESSSSSS!! IS HE MAKING IT? NOOOOO.

Never said it was impossible, maybe you didnt get that part and thats what got you started. Sky is the limit with FI and especially with a F1x. The guy is not making the power and it seems he might have a F1a, so all this little friendly F1x chat were having would be worthless now.

Anyway, a 10 years old boy could google F1x+mustang 5.0 and see what its capable of(try it, youll see).

I dont work like you daily on 1000rwhp setups, but I can make all the work on my own car, so no I'm not just an internet bullshiter like you think. Even if you are the expert here, you made claims about a unknown internet car. You never know what kind of problems the guy is having. Still his car is making a tad more power than me and would rape 99% of the cars outhere.

I'm mostly tired of the coulda shoulda woulda...thats it.

Got your point that if he has a F1a and not making the power he should, hes a poser and I'll add that this is what we can call a halfass build.

Dude,..an F1 anything will make power then what that car is belting out. -again, not an expert here,..just happen to have experience with FI.

Congrats to you for reading a book and wrenching on your car. Cool story. Seriously. Obviously, you have some understanding.

So do this,..pull your happy ***'s off the street racing forum, and go and learn something about FI,..in the,..FI section. Lots of knowledge there.....

Use your time wisely, instead of arguing with people like me,..who have little patience for internet banther.

As before if I am making 706 on 11lbs with a smaller blower and F1 should make a lot more power on 17lbs. And simple this car doesn't. It don't run like it should with an F1 on it.

16-17 pounds of boost is 800-900rwhp. it REQUIRES racing gas past 12 psi for sure.
you are talking 11:1 with that boost.

justin burcham made 804rwhp on stock 2011GT long block at 14psi. C16 fuel.

your guy is not at 16 or 17 psi....probably more like 8-10.

I'd bet too on that.

And, since when a built engine gives 300rwhp more?
lol you comment is a joke. you think too highly of your 'opinion' .

we are talking a race of one car vs. a 'reported' 17 psi 5.0.

if you have any common sense at all, you can calculate the power level of that engine at 16-17 psi. (i'll help you....roughly double).

calling it BS is crap.

built engines can handle 300 more rwhp regardless of make. the one the OP raced was a mild boost 5.0. the claimed 150 shot may be BS just as well.
