Good runs! Kudo's to good editing too.

Suprised only one person pointed out how impressive the Viper was with just bolt-ons up against all FI cars. The real "monster" in this race imo.

Viper runs strong! Amazing how hard the Gen IV's run with just bolt-ons. Imagine what a nice Heads/Cam package on top of that could do.

Yeah, unfortunately the aftermarket for GEN IV vipers is awful.

Awesome vid and races. All cars put up a good showing IMO when considering all of the variables.

So you just mod them and not tune them?

The c7 is supposed to have the same computer as the viper and people are worried about tuning them too. There is one big difference in vettes and vipers though. They sell WAAAAAAAYYYY more vettes than vipers. The software tuning companies will be more likely to break the computer since they can sell alot more software for the vette than a viper. Good thing is that if they break it for the vette it could roll over into the viper.

^^A real tuning program for the Gen V's would be nice. Right now it looks like a piggyback controller like the Motec setup from Phastek is the only option, and its pretty pricey.

Videos from the GT-R. I knew something was way off. The GT-R hit the rev limiter twice due to inexperience on both of the runs in the video. Makes sense as to why he didn't keep pulling away. Also shows some wins that the GT-R had against the GT500 that weren't posted in the video.

Jotech Ninja GTR vs GT500, EVO, Corvette, and Turbo GSXR1000 - YouTube
Thanks for bringing that vid up. GT500 and GTR did 3 pulls. 2 of them werent clean runs(in 1 of them GTR jumped big time and GT500 let it out, in the other pull GT500 missed shifted). So the only clean run was the run thats in this vid. Also some birds told me that he had upgraded turbos as well, which he didnt tell us at the beginning. Also, an inexperienced driver? in a GTR??? I know the owner personally myself, and we got the cars from the shops nearly at the same time. He even also had to chance to take it to drag strip and do runs with it, which GT500 didnt. So hitting the rev limiter in a GTR, I call that BS. Lets not forget which car is harder to drive...

Hope this helps...
