C6Z06 Vs. GT-R
Vette has heads/cam + boltons, not using nitrous. Makes 572 SAE RWHP. GT-R has SP650 mods (you tell me, I don't know, makes 16 PSI). We ran three times, first time from 30 mph, great speed for my Vette, terrible for his GT-R, I walked him pretty hard. Second run from a dig, no contest, couldn't catch him. Third run from 40 mph, great speed for him, terrible for my cammed Vette.
Here's the vid of the third race:
On that road I usually lift at 120ISH, because it was so close I stayed in it till just over 140, HARD braking to stay out of the dirt.

Yes, on street tires, with a 7,000+ foot DA I trapped 125.8 and 125.6 and they told me to get a cage before I ran again. At sea level I'd guess she might run 134. Just a guess. If you're running your mustang at 642whp I believe you are in trouble. The guy in the GT-R also has a Shelby KR making 725 sae rwhp and I can inch out on him.

The SPE 650+ makes about 580whp and is designed for both pump and E85/Race gas. The base SPE 650 package makes about 520-540whp and leaning more towards 520 due to the kit being designed for 91 octane. SPE builds their cars mainly for guys in Cali so their kits are focused around 91 octane and the insane modification rules there.

Just stay away from bolt on LS2 cars.
